The revenue was produced by over 9.4 million women owned companies. The companies employed a staggering 19 million individuals and accounted for over 33% of all privately held businesses in the United States. These numbers are both inspiring and astounding.

Women Entrepreneur – Women Entrepreneur is the woman specific section of Entrepreneur.com, a web site dedicated to entrepreneurs.
